Congratulations to the graduates of Rennes School of Business!
To celebrate this great achievement, we are pleased to invite you to your graduation ceremony, which will be held on Saturday 11 June 2022, at the Glaz Arena in Cesson-Sévigné.
On this page, you will find all the information and registration links you need for your graduation and the gala.

GRADUATION SCHEDULE
Ceremony for DBA & PhD, Executive Education, HBBA, IBPM programmes
- 08.45am: Arrival of graduates and their guests – collection of gowns and gala wristbands
- 10.00 am: Start of the Graduation Ceremony – each programme collects their degree on stage
- 12.15pm: Cocktail reception
- 1.00pm: End of the event

MSc & PGE Programmes Ceremony
- 2.30 pm: Arrival of graduates and their guests – collection of gowns and gala wristbands
- 4.00 pm: Start of the Graduation Ceremony – each programme collects their diploma on stage
- 7.30 pm: Cocktail reception
- 8.45pm: End of the event

Organisation
Who is concerned?
All graduates from June 2021 to April 2022 and 3 accompanying guests per graduate – free
Schedule:
You will go on stage to receive your diploma by programme and in alphabetical order. The valedictorian of each cohort will be invited to make a speech.
Graduates
Gowns:
A gown, hood and cap will be issued for the ceremony. The entire outfit must be returned before leaving the premises.
Dress code:
Smart.
Seating:
Each graduate will be assigned a seat according to their programme and order of appearance on stage. The area reserved for accompanying friends and family will be free seating.
Diplomas:
PHD, DBA, Executive Education, HBBA, IBPM programmes: you will receive your official diploma on stage.
PGE & MSC programmes: you will receive fake diplomas on stage. Stands will be available after the ceremony to collect the official diploma of the PGE and MSc IE, MPCCD and SMEI. (excluding Blockchain system).
For all other MSCs, your diplomas are sent via Blockchain (no paper printing).
How do I retrieve my diploma if I don’t come to the ceremony: complete this form with your contact information to receive it at your home (to be sent in September 2022).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Invitation:
Once registered, an invitation will be sent by email to each graduate and accompanying person. The invitations are personal and contain a QR code that must be presented at the entrance of the Glaz Arena.
Access:
The Glaz Arena is accessible by public transport via bus (line 67 and C6) and train or by parking on site.
- Public transport
- Car: Parking is available on site. Please note that no cars will be allowed to park in the car park after the ceremony, it will be closed and will not reopen until the following Monday.
VISA:
If you need an official letter from the school to justify a visa request, please complete the “Invitation request form” and send it by e-mail to: jury-diplome@rennes-sb.com.
Health measures:
The event will be held in compliance with the health regulations in force on 11 June 2022.
Animation
Cocktail:
At the end of the ceremony, a light cocktail reception will be served.
Photography:
Photocalls will be available as well as a photo booth with a photographer for the official photo. A photographer will cover the ceremony and the photos will be available on the Graduation Ceremony website.

GALA 2022
11 June 2022 at 9.30pm – Château de la Robinais
We are pleased to invite you to your gala evening, which will take place in the prestigious setting of the Château de la Robinais, 30 minutes from Rennes.
Registration deadline:
15 May 2022
Schedule and access:
For security reasons, access to the Château de la Robinais will be by shuttle bus only. No private cars will be accepted on site.
- 8.45pm: shuttle departure from the Glaz Arena and Charles de Gaulle (at the bus stop near the Liberté) towards the Château de la Robinais
- 9.30pm: cocktail and dance
- Return :
- 2.00 am: first shuttle to Charles de Gaulle only
- 3.30 am: second shuttle to Charles de Gaulle only
- 5.00 am: third shuttle to Charles de Gaulle only
No shuttles will return to the Glaz Arena.
As a reminder, no cars will be allowed to park in the car park after the ceremony, it will be closed and will not reopen until the following Monday.
Evening rate:
49 €/person, including (subject to availability) :
- Your return transfer by shuttle
- Privatisation of the venue
- Gala cocktail reception
- 7 drinks tickets
- Dancing until 5:00 am!
The gala is for 2022 graduates, with 2 accompanying (with the same price rate, 49€ per person).

Collection of your evening wristband:
To be collected at the Glaz Arena, at the “Gala Party” desk, with your registration confirmation received by email. The Gala is only for 2022 graduates
